Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 teaspoon honey
¼ cup lemon juice
¾ teaspoon ground cumin
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
¼ teaspoon salt freshly ground pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a blender and process until well combined. Taste for seasoning, adding more salt to taste. Serve over mixed salad greens.
