Ordering On Our Site:
Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your order. We ship via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on order size. Orders can take up to 8 days in transit. Delays due to weather events are not included in our estimated shipping time. Please allow an extra day in transit for UPS 2nd Day Air (US Customers only). Canadian orders are shipped via UPS & Canada Post and can take 21 to 28 days in transit.Bulbs, Tubers, Roots and Plants ship separately from seed packet orders, directly from their growers. Please see the shipping chart for each on our website for more specific information. Kitchen & Garden Supplies may ship directly from their suppliers separately from seed orders.
We ship Monday through Friday, but not on weekends. Sorry, we cannot change or cancel an order after it has been submitted. We accept all major credit cards.
- For UPS 2-day shipping, please allow up to 3 days in transit.
- Tubers, Roots and Plants ship separately, direct from their growers, separately from seed orders. Garlic ships in the fall. Onion plants begin shipping in Jan, others Mar-May.

Our Guarantee
We pride ourselves on the growing information we write for our packet backs and website, and on the performance of the seeds which we carefully source from reliable and well-regarded seed producers. If you follow our directions carefully, and seeds do not germinate, we will replace them or issue a credit within six months of purchase.
Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and we will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned in its original packaging within the time frames specified below.
Seeds: If you follow our directions carefully and seeds do not germinate, please contact us within six months of purchase for a credit for the original purchase price.
Hard Goods: Merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging and returned at your expense within 30 days of delivery. A credit will be issued for the original purchase price.
Live Goods: Seasonal items and live goods are non-refundable. A credit can only be processed for damaged, defective or wrong item(s) within 30 days of your ship date.
