Grilled Pork Chops With Fresh Rosemary

This simple but effective fresh herb marinade is also delicious with lamb chops.

• 2 large garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary leaves
• 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• 4 center-cut pork chops, 1/4 inch thick

Combine the garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Rub the mixture on both sides of the pork chops. Set aside to marinate for several hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Pan-grill or barbecue pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side or just until tender and no longer pink in the center. Serves 4
