As the blossoms open, it’s super easy to collect and simply air dry the stigmas from the flowers for your own fresh, first quality, intensely flavored saffron “threads” for cooking. Easily grown in the garden or containers.

Saffron bulbs are shipped to you in mid-to-late September for fall planting via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground in mid-to-late September. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. Sorry, we can not ship saffron bulbs to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
